Sophomore Hanna Herman had nine points, nine rebounds, and six assists, and Kyra Tucker chipped in eight points and four rebounds.
"The ladies played well and did a good job of sharing the ball all weekend," said head coach Antowin Edwards. "We still have a lot of work to do to get ready for league play. These wins will help build some confidence and cohesiveness amongst this young team. Hopefully, we take these wins and build on them as we continue to grow as a program."
The Lady Trojans have a home non-conference game Wednesday night against the Kansas Wesleyan JV at 6 p.m. Jayhawk Conference play opens Saturday as they host Barton County, also a 6 p.m. start.
