Lady Trojans Back In Wichita Over The Weekend

The CCC Lady Trojans women's basketball team was back in action Saturday in Wichita for the Midwest JUCO Jam.
"It was a good opportunity for us to get better," said head coach Antowin Edwards. "The ladies took advantage of the opportunity to dish out some hard fouls and enforce the 'no layup rule!' I want to thank all the parents, grandparents, friends and coaches for coming out and showing their support."
The trip marked a return home for CCC freshmen Alexis Beard, Deionne White, and Naria Hall, all graduates of Wichita South High School.
Next up for the Lady Trojans is the Kansas Weslyan JV Nov. 2 in Salina.
