Game 1
In game one, The Colby Trojans baseball team battled back to tie the game late but ultimately fell to Lamar Community College, 5–4, on the road after the Runnin' Lopes pushed across the game-winning run in the bottom of the eighth inning.
Colby showed resilience throughout the contest, erasing a late deficit with a seventh-inning rally before Lamar responded in the final frames to secure the victory.

The Trojans stayed within reach thanks to key offensive contributions, including a two-run home run from Caden Clifford and an RBI from Anthony Deblois, while Ty Shapton added an RBI double to keep Colby in the contest.
On the mound, Deblois started for the Trojans, allowing four runs while striking out five over three innings of work. Trey Schroeder provided a strong effort in relief, holding Lamar to just one hit across 3.2 scoreless innings while recording three strikeouts to give Colby a chance to rally.
The Trojans broke through in the top of the seventh inning to even the score at 4–4. Jacob Mraz reached base to spark the rally, and Colby continued to apply pressure with disciplined at-bats and timely execution to push across the tying run. The late surge shifted momentum in Colby's favor heading into the final innings.
