Roth Earns Postseason Awards

The Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference (KJCCC) announced this week that recent Colby Community College graduate Carter Roth was named to the All-KJCCC and Region VI first teams for his play at third base in 2024.

Roth was second in the conference with a.440 batting average, clubbing seven home runs and driving in 51. In 218 at-bats, his 96 hits were second in the KJCCC and set a CCC single-season record. He walked 12 times, collected 17 doubles and four triples, and struck out just 11 times.

The 6-foot-1-inch, 175-pound Ontario, Canada native was named All-Jayhawk West honorable mention in 2023. He posted a .344 average, four home runs and 35 RBIs.
