Trojans Athletics Records 3.33 GPA, 183 Earn Fall 2025 AD Honor Roll
The Colby Community College Athletic Department proudly announced its Fall 2025 Athletic Director’s Honor Roll Thursday, recognizing the academic excellence of Trojans student-athletes across all sports.
COLBY, Kan. - The Colby Community College Athletic Department proudly announced its Fall 2025 Athletic Director's Honor Roll Thursday (Dec. 18), recognizing the academic excellence of Trojans student-athletes across all sports.
To earn a spot on the Athletic Director's Honor Roll, student-athletes must achieve a 3.0 GPA or higher in non-remedial coursework while completing a minimum of 12 credit hours during the semester.
During the Fall 2025 term, Colby student-athletes combined to pass 3,798 total credit hours, producing a department-wide GPA of 3.33. In total, 183 student-athletes earned Honor Roll recognition, including 60 who achieved a perfect 4.0 GPA. That marks a notable improvement from Spring 2025, when 41 student-athletes earned a 4.0 and the department posted a 3.27 GPA.
Academic success was widespread across the department, with 10 programs recording a team GPA of 3.2 or higher and seven programs surpassing the 3.4 mark. Volleyball led the way with an outstanding 3.73 GPA and five student-athletes earning a 4.0, while Women's Basketball followed closely with a 3.71 GPA and eight perfect GPAs. Additional strong performances came from Livestock Judging (3.67) and Softball (3.53).
